Welcome to Rere Polyclinic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and facilities. By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking appointments, or receiving medical services from Rere Polyclinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Medical Services

2.1 Eligibility

  • Services are available to individuals 18 years and older
  • Minors (under 18) require parental/guardian consent and accompaniment
  • You must provide accurate and complete medical information
  • You must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies

2.2 Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and medical information
  • Follow medical advice and treatment plans
  • Attend scheduled appointments or cancel with adequate notice
  • Inform us of any changes to your health status
  • Pay for services as agreed
  • Respect our staff, other patients, and facility

2.3 Medical Professional Judgment

All medical decisions are made by qualified healthcare professionals based on their professional judgment. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse treatment if not medically appropriate
  • Require additional consultations or tests
  • Refer you to specialists when necessary
  • Decline to provide services we deem unsafe or unethical

3. Appointments and Scheduling

3.1 Booking

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or via WhatsApp
  • Appointment confirmation does not guarantee specific wait times
  • We strive to see patients on time but may experience delays due to emergencies

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before appointment
  • Late cancellation: Less than 24 hours – may incur 50% consultation fee
  • No-show: Full consultation fee charged
  • Rescheduling: Free if done 24+ hours in advance
Note: Surgical and procedural appointments may have different cancellation policies. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

3.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or you may experience reduced consultation time.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
  • Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED)
  • Prices may change without notice but will be confirmed before service

4.2 Insurance

  • We work with major insurance providers
  • You are responsible for understanding your insurance coverage
  • Pre-authorization requirements must be completed before service
  • You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance
  • Payment is required if insurance denies coverage

4.3 Deposits

Certain procedures may require a deposit:

  • Surgical procedures: 50% deposit required at booking
  • Deposits are non-refundable within 7 days of procedure
  • Deposits will be applied to final treatment cost

4.4 Outstanding Balances

Outstanding balances must be paid before additional services are provided. Accounts over 30 days past due may be sent to collections.

5. Treatment Results and Expectations

5.1 No Guarantees

Important: While we strive for the best outcomes, we cannot guarantee specific results from any treatment, procedure, or service. Individual results vary based on many factors including age, health status, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care.

5.2 Realistic Expectations

  • Our doctors will discuss realistic expectations during consultation
  • Before/after photos shown are examples, not guarantees
  • Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results
  • Maintenance treatments may be necessary

5.3 Complications and Risks

All medical procedures carry some risk. You will be informed of specific risks and must provide informed consent before any procedure.

6. Informed Consent

Before any procedure, you will:

  • Receive detailed information about the procedure
  • Be informed of potential risks and benefits
  • Have opportunity to ask questions
  • Sign a consent form acknowledging understanding
  • Receive post-treatment care instructions

7. Photography and Testimonials

7.1 Medical Photography

For treatments requiring before/after documentation:

  • Photos are taken for your medical record
  • Separate consent required for marketing use
  • You may decline photography for marketing purposes
  • Your identity will be protected if photos are used publicly

7.2 Reviews and Testimonials

We appreciate honest reviews. By submitting a review, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing materials. We may edit for length but will not alter the meaning.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

8.1 Service Refunds

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once service is provided
  • Product purchases may be refunded within 14 days if unused and unopened
  • Treatment packages: Unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata within 6 months
  • Surgical procedures: Non-refundable after 7 days pre-surgery

8.2 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as documented medical contraindications preventing treatment. Each case is reviewed individually.

9. Liability and Indemnification

9.1 Our Liability

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Lost income or opportunity costs
  • Results not meeting subjective expectations
  • Complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions

9.2 Your Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rere Polyclinic from any claims arising from:

  • Providing false or incomplete medical information
  • Failure to follow medical advice or instructions
  • Violation of these terms
  • Unlawful use of our services

10. Confidentiality and Privacy

Patient confidentiality is paramount. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect your information. By using our services, you also agree to:

  • Respect the privacy of staff and other patients
  • Not photograph or record within our facility without permission
  • Not disclose information about other patients

11. Facility Rules and Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment:

  • No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on premises
  • Mobile phones on silent in treatment areas
  • Respectful behavior toward all staff and patients required
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for disruptive behavior

All content on our website (text, images, logos, videos) is owned by Rere Polyclinic and protected by copyright. You may not:

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

16. Emergency Situations

In case of medical emergency:

  • Call 999 (UAE Emergency Services) immediately
  • Go to the nearest emergency department
  • Do not rely solely on email or online communication
  • Our clinic is not a 24/7 emergency facility

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed consent forms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rere Polyclinic.
